Today was a self care day! Much needed monthly chiro & massage at Jen's Hamiota Healing, and I'm attempting a roast. As my friends know - I'm not the main cook in the family (except summer, I BBQ all summer or we would never eat as Brett works such long hours) 😂. I can cook, but it's definitely not my favorite thing to do or usually in my mind to plan ahead. Which is why I'm very thankful for a talented hubby & mom, that makes sure we eat more than pizza. Lol. However, Brett still on longer working days and I needed something new from my usual go-to's. I'm bored.
